Scient’x launches new products at EuroSpine


At the recent EuroSpine meeting held in Brussels, Belgium, Scient’x unveiled four new implants. Among these products are:



o Lyra, an antero-lateral plate to stabilise
thoraco-lumbar segments of the spine

o Isobar TTC, a posterior fixation system for the
cervical spine

o PCB Evolution, a hybrid cervical plate-cage
made of PEEK and titanium.

Scient’x also presented its new dynamic plate, Aladyn GII, that has been designed according to Scient’x’s sound experience in dynamic stabilisation systems. Scient’x has been the first company to get approval for a dynamic implant on the US market. Aladyn. O.Carli, CEO of Scient’x, said: “The new R&D organisation within Scient’x group has enabled us to foster innovations for both fusion and non fusion applications. Therefore Scient’x is now offering to the spine surgeons one of the most comprehensive spinal implants ranges on the market.”
